We are an external service provider that builds on top of Claude via the open Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard. Think of us like a plugin or connector — similar to how third-party apps connect to Slack or Google Workspace without being made by those companies.

No. Your Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) is entirely separate and managed directly by Anthropic at claude.ai. ClaudConnect does not have any access to your Anthropic account, billing, or Claude conversations.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard created by Anthropic that allows third-party tools and services to connect to Claude. ClaudConnect is one such third-party service — we use MCP to give Claude read-only access to your Google Ads and Meta Ads data.

Yes. ClaudConnect is added as a custom connector using a single URL, so it works in Claude.ai on the web, the Claude desktop app, and Claude mobile — the same connector URL everywhere.

Yes. We use AES-256-CBC encryption for all stored credentials. Campaign data is never stored — it flows directly from Google/Meta APIs to Claude on every query.

Read-only access only. For Google: the Google Ads API read scope. For Meta: ads_read. Neither scope can create, modify, pause, or delete anything.

No. The read-only OAuth scopes we request are physically incapable of making changes to campaigns or budgets.

Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed within 24 hours.

Copy your personal connector URL from your dashboard (it looks like claudconnect.com/mcp/index.php/k/your-key). In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, give it a name, paste the URL as the Remote MCP server URL, and click Add. The URL already contains your access key, so there is nothing else to enter. Start a new chat and the tools are ready.

Confirm you pasted the complete connector URL from your dashboard, including the full /mcp/index.php/k/... path. Remove the ClaudConnect connector under Settings → Connectors and add it again — this usually resolves on the second attempt.

Your developer token is in Test mode. Apply for Basic access via Google Ads Manager → Tools → API Center. Takes 1-3 business days.

Reconnect Meta from your dashboard with "Continue with Facebook" — Facebook Login (OAuth, read-only) is the primary method. A System User token is an optional alternative that never expires.

Yes. Add the same connector URL in Claude on any device — web, desktop, or mobile. It works everywhere you use Claude, on as many devices as you like.

Each time Claude calls a ClaudConnect tool counts as one query. The connection handshake does not count. Free users get 5 per month.
