How ClaudConnect works

Live ad data in Claude in under 5 minutes. No Node.js, no config files, no terminal.

Sign up at claudconnect.com with your email. Free tier is permanent — no credit card.

Connect your ad accounts

From your dashboard, click Connect Google Ads — you'll be redirected to Google's OAuth screen. For Meta, generate a System User token in business.facebook.com → Business Settings → Users → System Users → Generate New Token → ads_read scope and paste it in.

Download the extension

From your dashboard, download the claudconnect.mcpb extension file.

Install in Claude Desktop

Open Claude Desktop → Settings → Extensions → Install Extension → select the downloaded .mcpb file. When prompted, paste your bearer token from your dashboard. It's stored securely in your OS keychain.

Start asking Claude

Open a new chat in Claude Desktop. The ClaudConnect tools are now available. Try: "Show me all my Google Ads campaigns from the last 7 days with spend and conversions"

"Extension Preview Failed"

The .mcpb file may be corrupted. Re-download from your dashboard and try again.

Tools don't appear after installing

Start a brand new conversation — tools only load in fresh chats. If still missing, go to Settings → Extensions, remove ClaudConnect, and reinstall.

Google: "Developer token not approved"

Your Google Ads developer token is in Test mode. Apply for Basic access via Google Ads Manager Account → Tools → API Center. Approval takes 1-3 business days.

Meta: "Error validating access token"

Your token expired. User tokens expire after 60 days. System User tokens never expire — generate one in Meta Business Settings → System Users.

Bearer token not accepted

Check you're pasting the full token from your ClaudConnect dashboard. If you regenerated the token, reinstall the extension with the new one.
