What counts as a query?

Each time Claude calls a ClaudConnect tool counts as one query. The MCP handshake (connecting, listing tools) does not count. Free users get 5 queries per month.
When does my query count reset?

On the 1st of every calendar month at midnight UTC.
How do I upgrade?

From your dashboard, open Upgrade and pick a plan. Payment is handled securely by Razorpay (international cards supported) and your plan activates immediately for 30 days.
Is the free tier permanent?

Yes. The free tier never expires — 5 queries every month, forever.
Do I need Claude Pro?
+
Yes. Adding a custom connector requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise subscription. ClaudConnect works in Claude.ai on the web, desktop, and mobile.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are billed per 30-day period with no auto-renewal, so you simply don't renew — you keep access until the period ends, then move to the free tier.
