What counts as a query?

Each time Claude calls a ClaudConnect tool counts as one query. The MCP handshake (connecting, listing tools) does not count. Free users get 5 queries per month.
When does my query count reset?

On the 1st of every calendar month at midnight UTC.
How do I upgrade?

Email support@claudconnect.com with your account email and desired plan. We'll activate it within 24 hours. Stripe billing is coming soon.
Is the free tier permanent?

Yes. The free tier never expires — 5 queries every month, forever.
Do I need Claude Pro?
+
Yes. Claude Desktop requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise subscription to use extensions.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Just email us and we'll downgrade you to the free tier immediately.
